This page explains, in plain terms, how information submitted to the M5POD waitlist is handled.
We collect your verified email address, your versioned sovereign-self attestation, its server-recorded timestamp, your private pending TCID reference, and technical data needed for security and rate limiting. We do not collect IMEI or device serial numbers.
Submitted information is used to record and administer your waitlist request, prevent abuse, send your receipt, and contact you about possible future cohorts. Joining does not create an IAM, BOM, passport, account, credential, device binding, or tokenized identity. Identity verification is not performed and cohort placement is not confirmed. We do not sell your data.
You may request correction, export, withdrawal, or deletion of your waitlist record at any time. Reply to your receipt or use the contact information below. Legal or security obligations may require limited records to be retained.
